The Golden Flower T'ai Center, located in the Winston-Salem Downtown Art District at 612 Trade Street, offers a wealth of activities and information for healthy, happy living. A regular schedule of T'ai Chi classes accommodates all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. In addition, the Center often hosts special workshops by noted martial arts practitioners from around the world and other special activities, including an annual T'ai Chi Retreat. Classes are taught and/or supervised by Annukka Holland, Senior Instructor, and Master San Gee Tam, who has been teaching T'ai Chi for over 30 years and was himself taught by some of the greatest T'ai Chi and spiritual masters of this era.
