Associated Artists of Winston-Salem
Associated Artists of Winston-Salem supports and celebrates the visual artist, from the aspiring to the professional. Established in 1956, AAWS is the largest membership organization for visual artists in the Piedmont Triad. From themed group exhibitions in its main gallery along Fourth Street’s “Restaurant Row” to solo or two-person community exhibits at businesses and non-profit organizations throughout the greater Winston-Salem area, and from hands-on workshops to volunteer opportunities, members are encouraged to grow and develop as professionals in their chosen media.
