The Yoga Gallery
Our beautiful newly renovated studio, located in the Downtown Winston-Salem Art District, offers classes designed to enhance self-awareness, while increasing physical flexibility, strength, and endurance. To begin to study yoga is to embark on a journey into self acceptance, balance, and love. Our hope is that as you walk through the studio door you will sense an environment free of competition and filled with tranquility and community.
We offer classes seven days a week for children through seniors. Our classes include Yoga Levels 1-3, Flow Yoga, Cardiac Yoga, Yoga Fundamentals, Gentle Yoga, and soon to come will be Prenatal Yoga, and parent and child classes. For the most recent schedule, please check the website or call Judi Maloy.
