VENDOR FORMS

Be a Vendor!Vendors at all DADA events must be registered with us at least three weeks prior to the scheduled Hop. We are excited about including non-profits, promoting businesses and special events, artists and important members of our community. DADA requires that vendors follw specific requirements, register with us, and we can help to promote your presence at our Gallery Hop.
The requirements and forms for vending are listed on the Vendor Application Form. Please email us at info@dadaws.org with any questions and special needs. Any food vendors will need city permits and all sales will need to have their sales and tax id number. Performers need to contact dada and register with a vendor form. Please contact us for distribution of free items, promotions and performances. |
